RE: Upcoming Service Change(s).

Dear Guests,

    Kindly be advised: Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave has been planning to alter our service(s) to best benefit the experience of our guests.  With this, we have made the decision to eliminate our dedicated "Zen Den" service for appointments.  Instead, we will be slowly modifying the service to merge with our Salt Cave Session Service.  Our Zen Den service will be replaced with a brand new service subsequent to this change. 

** Further details related to all aspects will be released once final procedures have been finalized.  

   We anticipate this change to become effective on, before, and/or around January 20, 2023. We are publishing this additional update to advise our appointment availability for Zen Den sessions will be limited as well until they are no longer available as a separate service.

Please Note: This change will likely not, but may have potential to hinder any priorly scheduled Zen Den Appointments with us.

     – In such event these unforeseen circumstances hinders a Zen Den appointment with us for which you have priorly scheduled, we will reach out to you directly in attempt to rectify in a positive manner.
